INTRODUCING BUNDLEPRO 3.0
We're excited to share with you details of our new BundlePro features, designed to further reduce the labour-intensive, time consuming, and resource-heavy tasks required by lawyers to prepare an efficient and effective court book or brief.
BundlePro’s core function is to structure your data from physical (paper) and/or digital sources. This universal platform is interactive ensuring professionals can collaborate to refine the data, so that information is spot on. It reduces the reliance on paper documents by making the digital environment paper-like, with nifty features such as virtual sticky notes, colourful highlights, cross-referencing annotations, and permanent redactions.
Let’s look at what’s new in BundlePro 3.0…
Advanced Search
BundlePro’s new Advanced Search feature allows users to search the metadata, annotations, tags and/or perform complex queries against their documents. The following search options are now supported:
Logical operators (AND, OR, and NOT); and
Both page and document level search, as well as word and phrase searching.
Our new GPS coordinate search locates the longitude and latitude of a picture and shows you in a map where the picture was taken
SHARING PORTAL
The Sharing Portal allows users to share their bundle externally with their barrister or even the other side’s solicitor, if required. Allowing the other party to review and comment on document text, annotations, hyperlinks, and redactions in real-time. All annotations, hyperlinks, and redactions are immediately visible to any user viewing the same document at the same time. Our collaboration supports a comment and reply feature to all markup types.

Annotations: Users can mark-up text and provide commentary that can be shared with others or kept private. Options include highlighting, commenting, tagging, and date assigning. When annotations are created, changed, or deleted, all the information about the annotation is re-indexed within search.
Redactions: Users can redact and remove sensitive information within documents. With redaction, BundlePro supports and encourages a two-step process, which facilitates review and provides firms the ability to apply specific redactions (user and tag-based) when the bundle is generated without affecting the source documents. When information is permanently redacted, it is removed from the search and index.
Legal Tagging: Users can “tag” important and relevant information under an appropriate heading for quick review, collaboration, and case building.
Hyperlink
Users can now electronically link separate documents and pages together as well as link to external online resources. This feature makes navigating the bundle easy whenever a reference is used. Examples of how this feature can help in real world scenarios include:
Hyperlinks to online legislation or case law in authoritative and legal publishing websites.
Hyperlink annexure(s) to affidavit references, irrespective of where the annexure document ends up in the bundle or volume.
Improved Document Ingestion Process, including OCR on Import
BundlePro 3.0 performs significantly more work on the document at ingestion, including PDF Conversion, Optimisation, Thumbnailing, Document and Hidden Text Extraction (OCR), Web-Ready Media Conversion, and more.
All information is indexed on document ingestion.
All useable information is extracted and indexed, including from formats and attachments such as PDFs, Word documents, emails, ZIP files, Calendar items, etc.
